To complement his over 22 years of real estate experience, Francis brings over 25 years of business management experience, prior to real estate, much of it at the executive level. This will help in negotiations, problem solving, coordinating and getting the bottom-line results for you!
Born and raised in Hawaii,descending from immigrant grandparents from China, who worked in the sugar plantation atMokuleia. He grew up in Hawaii and knows the “Aina” (land), the diverse culture, the social climate, the neighbor islands and the real estate markets & sub-markets for both residential and commercial. Over the years, he has developed a great passion for his work and a true dedication to his clients. It’s all about relationships!
As a result of his expertise in the field, Francis conducts mini seminars for real estate investors to teach them how to analyze properties that will produce the optimal cash flow and future value. It’s all about building wealth! Upon closing on the property, Francis will conduct a “Landlord 101” class to teach them how manage the property and the tenantfor great success.
He and his wife, Melanie, have a strong Christian faith and are devoted members of their church. They love the outdoor activities of hiking, wildlife conservation and gardening. They also love Aquaponics(plant & fish system),growing fruit trees and a growing of edible plants. They live organic!
